Refund & Cancellation Policy – MelodyVox Academy

 

1. Digital Course Refunds

  • Refunds for digital course purchases (including vocal and instrumental training modules) are available only if you notify us within 48 hours of purchase and have not accessed the full course materials.

  • To request a refund, email: info@melodyvoxacademy.com with your order number and reason for the refund.

 

2. Live Event/Class Refunds

  • If an event or live class is cancelled by MelodyVox Academy, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cannot attend, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event for a partial refund. No refunds after the class/event begins.

 

3. Pay-Per-Module/Membership Refunds

  • Pay-per-module and membership purchases are non-refundable once accessed.

  • If there is a technical issue or failure to deliver content, please contact support for review.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Email info@melodyvoxacademy.com with your name, order details, and reason for your refund request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

 

5. Exceptions

  • Downloaded materials and completed lessons are non-refundable.

  • Any customized or one-to-one session purchases are non-refundable unless cancelled by MelodyVox Academy.

 

6. Changes to Policy

MelodyVox Academy reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be updated here and notified via email if needed.
