Refunds for digital course purchases (including vocal and instrumental training modules) are available only if you notify us within 48 hours of purchase and have not accessed the full course materials.
To request a refund, email: info@melodyvoxacademy.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
If an event or live class is cancelled by MelodyVox Academy, you will receive a full refund.
If you cannot attend, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event for a partial refund. No refunds after the class/event begins.
Pay-per-module and membership purchases are non-refundable once accessed.
If there is a technical issue or failure to deliver content, please contact support for review.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
Downloaded materials and completed lessons are non-refundable.
Any customized or one-to-one session purchases are non-refundable unless cancelled by MelodyVox Academy.
